All Obonto brand parts come with a performance warranty and after-sales services.

The After-Sales Service Department, supported by our sales experts and resident company representatives in all provinces, along with experienced and union-approved mechanics in each city serving as Obonto’s technical specialists, provides after-sales services promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
All Obonto brand parts—including water pumps, brake pads, drive Shafts, and electrical parts—are replaced by the seller in case of a defect, provided that warranty conditions are met. The defective part will be collected from the seller after warranty approval by the company’s sales expert and recorded in the seller’s account accordingly.

Piston Rings, Clutch Kits & Drive Shafts:
Dear Customer,
 To use the warranty for Obonto brand Piston Rings and Clutch Kits, you must activate the warranty after installation according to the instructions provided on the warranty card accompanying the part. Failure to activate the warranty will void coverage for your consumable part. In case of any issue with the part, please contact the After-Sales Service Department at +98-21-45231 and inform the company for coordination with a technical expert.
Important Notice: Opening or disassembling the Piston Rings, Clutch Kits, or Drive shafts without prior coordination with the company and inspection by a technical expert will void the warranty, and no compensation or replacement part will be provided.
