All Obonto brand parts are warranted according to the provided guidelines. Irman Javan Parsian Company, the owner of the Obonto brand, guarantees the quality and warranty of Obonto parts. This written warranty can be presented to valued customers.

• Brake Pads, Water Pumps, Suspension, and Electrical Parts: If these parts meet the warranty conditions, they will be replaced after delivery and verification by the company’s expert.
• Bushing, Piston, Engine Ring Sets, and Clutch Kits: Warranty activation must be done after assembly according to the instructions provided with the part. In case of a problem:
  • Before disassembling the part, contact the After-Sales Service Department at +98 21 45231 for coordination and expert inspection.
  • If the defect is confirmed by the company’s technical expert:
    • For Bushing, Piston, and Engine Ring Sets, the defective parts will be replaced, and consumable costs and labor fees will be covered.
    • For Clutch Kits, the defective part will be replaced and replacement labor will be covered.
• Important Note: If the warranty is not activated or the part is opened without prior coordination and inspection, the warranty becomes void and the company will not cover any costs.
• Drive Shaft Sets: In case of a problem, do not open the part. Contact the After-Sales Service Department at +98 21 45231 for expert inspection. If confirmed by the technical expert, the part will be replaced.
• Important Note: If the drive shaft is opened without prior coordination, the warranty becomes void and the part will not be replaced.
